Meet The Founder
A Global Mission Although Shola Apata has since relocated to the United States, her passion for uplifting the lives of children from African origins remains undiminished. Her influence extends beyond borders, as she continues to advocate for the welfare and development of these youngsters, providing them with access to essential resources and opportunities.
Beyond Borders: Shola’s Achievements While in the United States, her passion and dedication for this cause never wavered. She continued to support and advocate for children of African origin, extending her benevolent reach across borders. Her journey took her to new horizons, but her mission remained the same – to ensure that no child is left behind. In her new home, Shola Apata continued to be a beacon of hope and support for African children. She served as soccer coach, imparting valuable life skills to young kids while instilling a love for sports. Her leadership extended to local elementary schools, where she served as the PTA President and as a dedicated member of schools advisory committees, actively shaping educational experiences for the youth and advising on educational initiatives and policies.Passion, Dedication, Determination

Soji Adeniyi is a social development, education and Climate Advocacy Expert with over 32yrs industry experience and a career spanning over 22yrs in the United Nations system including serving as the first African to become the Chairman of the United Nations Joint Staff Pensions Fund with Assets in excess of 60 Billion USD. He served locally in Nigeria and internationally in 5 countries across 3 continents but took early retirement in 2015 to focus on his lifetime passion of developing human capital and bridging learning gaps.
He Founded Primetrainers Africa & Wealthways Consulting as vehicles for sharing knowledge and creating opportunities for after-service vocation and retirement planning. In the last 10yrs, he has trained hundreds of delegates in that ecosystem. He sits on the board of several non-profit organizations and co-founded several others including Commonwealth Africa Initiative, Africa500, MPM Insight and Africa Back2Basics among others. He is a lover of family, work and God, Not necessarily in that order!
